Raj Patravali – Office Reports (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is designed to help users create, manage, preview, save, print, share and maintain office files, reports and departmental forms based on information entered by the user.
This App is not an official or authorized application of any Government Department or State Government.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you provide while using the App. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be entered, accessed, stored, used and shared through the App.
1. Information You May Enter
Depending on the features you use, the App may allow you to enter or upload information such as:
User/profile name
Designation
Office/institution name
Block
District
Nodal information
Employee/staff information
Attendance information

Office file and letter-file information
Dates, reference/dispatch numbers and other report details

The App uses this information to provide its core functions, including creating and generating office reports and documents.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information entered by the user may be used to:

Calculate totals and other report values
Generate PDF or other documents
Display report previews
Save and edit entries
Generate reports in the selected format
Add digital signatures to reports
Print reports
Share reports when the user chooses to do so
Backup and restore user-created files where the relevant feature is used
Improve the reliability and functionality of the App
We do not use the information entered into reports for unrelated purposes.
3. Local Storage
The App may store profile information, report entries, generated files, uploaded formats, signatures and related app data locally on the user's device, depending on the feature being used.
Data stored only locally on the device is not automatically transmitted to us merely because it is stored within the App.
Users should maintain their own backup of important office documents and reports.
4. Backup and Restore
If the App provides a backup or restore feature, the user may voluntarily choose to create or restore a backup.
Backup files may contain information entered by the user, including office details, report data, signatures and other document information.
The user is responsible for protecting any backup file that they create, export or share.
5. File Uploads
The App may allow users to select and upload:
Report templates/formats
Signature images
Documents
Other files required for report preparation
Files are accessed only for the functionality selected by the user.
The App does not intentionally access unrelated personal files.
6. Digital Signatures
The App may provide options to:
Create a signature using the user's finger/touch input; or
Upload a signature image.
A signature is used only for adding the user's chosen signature to documents and reports.
Users should not upload another person's signature without appropriate authorization.
7. Sharing and Printing
When the user selects Share or Print, the generated report or document may be transferred to the selected Android sharing, printing or other application.
The App does not control how a third-party application handles information after the user chooses to share a document.
Users should review the privacy practices of any third-party application they use to receive or share documents.
8. Third-Party Services and Advertising
If the published version of the App contains third-party services such as advertising, analytics, cloud services or other SDKs, those services may process certain technical or device-related information according to their own privacy policies.
The App will disclose applicable third-party services and their relevant data practices where required.
If Google AdMob is included in the released version, its data practices must also be reflected in the Google Play Data Safety declaration and this Privacy Policy.
9. No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell users' personal information.
Information entered into office reports is intended for the user's selected office/document-generation purposes and is not sold as a product or service.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
However, no method of electronic storage, transmission or backup can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for:
Keeping their device secure
Protecting exported reports and backups
Protecting signature images
Not sharing confidential office documents with unauthorized persons
11. Data Retention
Information stored locally by the App generally remains on the device until the user:
Deletes the relevant entry
Deletes a report
Deletes application data
Uninstalls the App
Removes the relevant files manually
Exported PDFs, backup files and shared documents may continue to exist outside the App until the user deletes them from the relevant location.
12. Data Deletion
The user can delete locally stored entries and reports using the deletion functionality provided by the App, where available.
If the App is later provided with an online account or cloud-storage functionality, applicable account and cloud-data deletion options will be provided in accordance with the service's requirements.

13. Children's Privacy
Raj Patravali – Office Reports is an office productivity and document/report preparation application and is not specifically directed toward children.
The App does not knowingly request children to provide personal information for unrelated purposes.

अस्वीकरण: यह ऐप किसी भी सरकारी विभाग/राज्य सरकार का आधिकारिक या अधिकृत ऐप नहीं है। यह केवल कार्यालयीन दस्तावेजों, रिपोर्ट एवं पत्रावली को उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा दर्ज की गई जानकारी के आधार पर निर्धारित प्रारूप में तैयार करने की सुविधा प्रदान करता है। तैयार दस्तावेज का उपयोग करने से पूर्व उपयोगकर्ता संबंधित विभाग के लागू नियमों एवं निर्धारित प्रारूप के अनुसार उसकी जाँच करने के लिए स्वयं उत्तरदायी है।
15. Accuracy of Generated Reports
The App generates reports based on information entered or selected by the user.
The user is responsible for checking:
Entered data
Calculations
Dates
Office information
Staff information
Report format
Digital signatures
Final PDF/document
before using, submitting, printing or sharing any generated document.
The App does not guarantee that a generated document will be accepted by any government department or other organization.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, services or data practices change.
Any updated version will be published at the same Privacy Policy location, with the updated date shown at the top.
